The workshop brought together more than 40 scientists from DESY, UHH, and other international institutes. Across four sessions, invited experts provided in-depth explanations of the concepts, theory, phenomenology and simulations of strong-field QED. Emphasizing active participation, the workshop encouraged discussions, with experts addressing a range of pre-collected questions as well as those raised during the sessions. Afternoons were dedicated to smaller group discussions and guided tours of the FLASH and FLASHForward facilities. The evenings offered networking opportunities through a reception, poster session, and workshop dinner.
