The PHGS curriculum is the core of the education of our members and is the basis for the PHGS Certificate and Transcript of Records.

PHGS forms & info sheets

This page contains all the templates that doctoral researchers need for and during their membership at the PHGS. Some of them are writable PDFs, and some need to be printed out and filled in afterwards. Furthermore, one will find the information brochures and info sheets that are important for the PHGS members, as well as links to the institutions of the University of Hamburg (UHH), which are responsible for the formal procedures of the doctorate.

InterimReport template PHGS members working contract DESY | writable Only for members of PHGS with DESY contract
Interim Report template PHGS members working contract UHH other scholarship | writable Only for members of PHGS with working contract of UHH, other institutions and scholarhip holder
Proof of attendance | template Template in case no proof will automatically provided by the lecturer
PHGS Travel Award | application form | writable Check the PHG website for the current status of the application process before applying.
IDP - Individual Development Plan Use of an Individual Development Plan (IDP) throughout the entire doctoral phase.
