Abstract:

Exemplary career options for physicists will be shown along the career path—from science, through consulting and start-ups, to the "German Mittelstand". What kind of know-how and skills do each of these positions require, and what typical tasks and challenges come with these assignments?

Following Dr. Lenz's talk, a round-table discussion will allow you to engage directly with him and ask questions about pursuing various career paths. If the weather permits, a small social gathering after the event will be hosted to foster networking and further discussions.
