Typically, you (= the coachee) will come with a topic and then within that, coach and coachee would work on the challenge. Coaching is about the coachee coming up with the right strategies for them, and the coach is there to hold the space for you to explore and focus.

Lizzy Harmstorf offers initial 1-on-1 meetings and then, according to your needs, 1-6 individual coaching sessions, which will take place on Thursdays at the DESY campus or online. Duration of one session: 60 minutes. Lizzy is a coach in training, thus the coaching will be free of charge for you.
