Module 4: Optimize Your Meetings

In this module, we will make sure you are well prepared for your meetings. Apart from looking at the important success factors we will also prepare you for the management of challenging participants and introduce you to the power of retros to enhance the value of your meeting.

Trainers: Andrea Pargätzi and Hans König, senior business coaches in academia and beyond
Target Group: all postdocs (Priority is given to postdocs with a DESY contract)

Maximum: 12 participants

Notification: 
If you are unable to attend, please notify the us as soon as possible, ideally at least a week in advance. This allows us to adjust the participant list, accommodate waitlisted individuals, and make necessary adjustments to the workshop plans. Last-minute cancellations are only acceptable in cases of emergencies.
